Closing Gate
DAY 9 - 07/27/03
At closing gate, we made up for a lack of a proper Pub Sing. All the cast, and a bunch of the regulars did our own version of "A Health to the Company". I was really quite nice.
The bad guy was given to the town cryer this day. She was nice
and did not muddy him up. Instead, she just had him clean her
off.
Things were kind of fun and loose this day. The
gypsies and the Baron (who was given to the gypsies by the king)
led a dance line that kept getting longer and longer.
Also a few cast members were a little silly :-)
Good times for those of us who stuck it out through all the nasty
weather.
