Puddle of Mudd
About what I expected. I like their
songs, but figured live would be so-so.
Which it was. They didn't seem totally into the show. Kind of
like they were just playing another gig.
It wasn't bad. Just not a lot of energy. The crowd was into it
though.
The performance itself was pretty tight. Vocals seemed a bit off
in some places, but the tunes were spot on. There was a decent
amount of crowd interaction.
Would have probably been better if they hadn't done a couple
songs from their new covers album.
I didn't want to hear cover of old rock songs (Stones, Neil
Young).
Though a lot of people in the crowd seemed to like it. They were
dancing and singing along.
It was a bit more of the "we're gonna stand up here and jam,
and we will all have some fun" kind of vibe. When I prefer
the "We're gonna rock, and you're gonna go crazy" type
shows.
