WONDERFEST 2023

Ok, here is my tale of WF2023 from my own perspective.
For those who do not know, that is me on the right and my daughter on the left.

THURSDAY

The trip was uneventful.
The trip was so uneventful that I got there way early. There was no road construction delays. No cops to be seen, so traffic was really moving.
Thought I might have to wait for my room, I was so early (it's happened before)
But, surprisingly I was able to check in right away. Sadly, I didn't get my usual room. At least I still got the 2nd floor though I wasn't right off the patio.

Ran into friends while checking in, saw familiar faces while unloading the car. So, after resting a bit after hauling everything to the room, I wandered around to visit with people.
Kept waiting for Britny to show up, so we  could grab a bite to eat.
Spent most of my time hanging out with the Tag-Team guys, The Canadian Embassy, and several others.
Britny was driving in from Colorado with her boyfriend, so she had gotten her own room. They didn't get in until like 7 or 8.
I ran to Subway for food while the went and got other stuff.
I called it an early. Actually, I went to the room to get another drink, saw the hockey game was on. Sat down to watch the last 12 minutes, and fell asleep during a commercial with about 6 minutes left.
Woke up around 12:30 and actually got into bed and went to sleep.
