 A coat of black primer to get things started off.    Then I hit it with a dark gray, then a light gray, and a touch of white along the back spines. |
  A little drybrushing with various grays, and a little charcole wash. new |
 Got the back spines where I want them. Whitish, with a blue-ish tint.   Now I am working on the eyes. Have the iris color done. As soon as the clear coat dries, I will do the thin black ring, and the white around the edges. Once I get that where I want it, another clear coat. Then I will work on the pupils. |
   Almost there. Need to make the pupils bigger and define the irises better. |
   Ok. Just about done now. Just need to paint the base, and clear-coat. |
