Atlantis 2011

October 2010 Atlantis started talking about the possibility.
November 2010 they said they were doing it. Limited to 1500.
Originally they used this artwork for advertising.

Which I found kind of cool.
But in February of 2011 Atlantis sent out a press release that they were
partnering with Dencomm and using the prehistoric scenes name.
And revealing this artwork.

Shortly after that, this was seen at Toy Fair 2011

By mid-March I had my preorder sitting in my house.

Here is what it all looks like Note the plastic color. Bottom - Atlantis. Top - Aurora Note the missing pin. This was a production error the affected the entire run.

As you can see, the box is smaller than any other box the kit has come in so far.
