Primed black, then sprayed with silver ink.
After that I hit the glowing areas with white, then hot pink.

Really liking how this is looking. Hope it still looks as good when it dries.

I toned down the hot pink with some peach and reshot it. Then masked and painted the ship with the final color.

Sadly, when I was removing the last of the masking, I lost some paint :-(
Started repairing by brushing on more of the hot pink.

Not wanting to risk masking again, I started trying to brush on the paint. That did not go well at all.
So I switched back to airbrush, turned it way down and got in real close to airbrush the color on. I had to do all of them again as I didn't get an exact color match.
Looking good. Now I need to go back in with the hull color and clean things up. I do still have extra of that, that I mixed up. Just hope I have enough.

I got the metallic green done.

Then had fun mixing up some metallic orange. Then got the engines painted. After that I cleaned everything up.

Finished the base which I had to add to another base to balance the weight of the model. That solid chunk of resin is pretty heavy.
So I put the little included base on a printed base I got from Etsy. Then I painted the coat hanger I was using to support the kit after attaching to the base.
