I anyone has a capture frame DVD or Video player the have a look at
the intro for buffy from Season 2 or 3 and just before "Buffy The
Vampire Slayer" appears, there will be some text if you freeze it at
that point then you will notice that it is all in german, if you
translate it tells you about Dawn and how Buffy dies (Season 5
death)

The intro's always said "she died (dies?)" in english, didn't know
about that other part though, cool.

This whole german text thing was apparently a rumour that got made
up to fool all us fanatics!!

Don't feel bad, it had me fooled aswell. There was something
about 'a lie tearing the group apart' and buffy 'dying in the hands
of her true love' that really had me fooled aswell, so we can be
stupid together

Like every other UK fan I have season's one, two and three on DVD
so I checked this out. My greman is a bit rusty but I made out a few
words:

I think that's another part of it. That part's in english, while the
supposed
'prophecy' was all in German...
