I am using the entire southern 3rd of my basement for my modeling
workshop.
The right pic shows my workbench, the shelf of necessities and kits and
my spray table.
My chair is usually right there between the benches so everything is
nice and handy.

A little better look at the shelf that holds some of my in progress
kits. Some of the stuff I use when building kits. And more importantly,
my snacks.

And when sitting at the bench, if I look left, this is what I see. My
paint cart. Holding most of my paint, glue, putty, and other supplies.
Behind/beside that is one of my many sets of shelves to hold kits. The
picture on the right is the back side of that shelf.

Let's take
a closer look at the south-west corner.
Where I have my spray bench, some kit storage and my spray paint shelf.

And this is the view from that sw corner .
My spray table to the right, my paint cart to the left, my workbench in
front of me, and beyond that is even more kit storage, my TV, and my
fridge.
This is what it looks like when I am at my bench

You may have noticed
something in the 2nd photo on this page.
It's not part of the workshop proper, but it is model related.
Just off the workshop area is a little nook where the bay window on the
house sticks out.

I lined it with foamboard and set up my raw, built, prehistoric scenes
models.
