NE GEEK EXPO

Every year there is a local convention.
It isn't very big, but it keeps growing every year.
This year attendance topped 1000 people.
The convention is to celebrate multiple facets
of geekdom.
There is cosplaying (with a costume contest), demonstrations,
discussion panels, gaming contests, and vendors.
Lots of stuff from local artists selling their paintings and
drawings, to comic books, action figures / toys, jewelry,
clothing, and other geeky things.
Stuff ranges from mass produced to handcrafted by local artisans.
