WONDERFEST 2026
FRIDAY
I got to sleep in nice and late and really catch up on
my sleep.
Ate a bit, then wandered around seeing who was out and about,
and how the classes were going.
I didn't take my camera, or take any pics.

I just wandered and visited until about noon. Then I met up with my daughter and Michael and we went off to some Bourbon Tasting |
| We
finished up the tastings we went back to the hotel to relax. I went and
got my admission and contest entries paid for, then got my entries and
got them entered. The
new system is amazing. No waiting for my admission. No waiting to enter my kits. After that, it was a bunch of hanging out and visiting until we ran to Hometown Pizza for dinner. The place was packed! Had to drive around the block a couple times until I finally found a parking spot. |
| It
was more hanging out and bouncing around. Drinking and visiting with
people. The lobby was extremely loud. Between the bar being packed, and
a vollyball league checking in for a tournament across the street. Ended up spending some time in the bar as Joe Heil would not take no for an answer as far as buying me (an many others) a drink. Including Jason and his better half when they finally arrived. Later, we spent a bit of time in the courtyard with Scot and a few other people. Then back to the patio to hang with Arsenal and everyone else. Think I finally called it a night sometime around 3. |
